REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns and refund process for tour merchandise and products purchased through the Oasis: Definitely website.

Tour Tickets – Non-Refundable

All tickets purchased for The Lost Tapes Tour are non-refundable. As these tickets are for specific dates and venues, they are exempt from cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, and we will notify you directly if this occurs.

Books & Prints – 21 Day Returns

We offer a 21-day return policy on books and limited edition prints. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your item(s) within 21 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in suitable packaging.

• You must notify us by email before returning an item (details below).

• Returns must be posted to us within the 21-day window.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we’re happy to help.

Please email us at sales@oasisdefinitely.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photo(s) of the damage or fault

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, including your postage costs if applicable.

International Returns

We ship worldwide, and international customers are welcome to return eligible items. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs declarations.

Be sure to mark your parcel as a return to avoid additional charges on our end.
